Question: Why do you have such high quality females and use such awesome studs?
Answer: We only want to produce top quality dogs that look great and have great temperments. We have and breed the best because we want and expect the best. We don't want to be an average breeder and produce average pups. We are building a reputation of breeding top quality dogs.
We want every breeding that we do to be special. No breedings will be repeated for that reason.

Question: Why are your outside studs listed on your males page?
Answer: All males used in our current or upcoming breedings are listed under our males page because we find that more viewers will go to our breedings page if they see a stud on our males page that they like. Some viewers may look at the males page first and we want to gain as much interest from them as possbile in order to maximize the exposure of all of our web pages.

Question: Is breeding your full time job?
Answer: No breeding is not our full time job. We have invested a huge amount of money into our program. We don't expect to see a return on our investement for many years to come. Theo and his Heavyline Team Members are mostly business people, professionals and tradespeople. We have a couple of assistants that work with the dogs and help to take care of them when we are at work.

Question: Why should I reserve a puppy before it is born?
Answer: We like to start our search and selection for the perfect home for our pups as soon as possible. This is a timely process. Our goal is to get the puppies to their new homes by the time that they are 8 or 9 weeks old. Reserving your puppy earlier guarantees that it will be yours when it is born.
Some people would like to wait till the puppies are born and by that time someone else could have reserved the pick that you wanted. We have the best refund policy amungst all breeders. Most breeders will only give you credit if your puppy reserved is not born or you do not like the pick option that you are left with. With Heavyline, if your pick reserved is not born, we give you the option to:

a) transfer to another puppy or breedng b) wait for a repeat breeding or c) get a 100% full refund.

If your pick is born but you do not like the pick that you are left with or cannot afford to pay for your pup in full due to unforseen circumstances then we give you the option to transfer your deposit to another puppy or breeding as long as you notify us before the puppy turns 6 weeks (this gives us some time to try and find a good home for the pup).
 
We also offer a full 2 year written health and temperment guarantee,
which most breeders do not offer or will not put in writting. Our advice is to not do business with any breeder that does not offer a written health guarantee and similar contract.
